Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott (born June 16 1987) is an American comedian and actress who was a member of Saturday Night Live from 2008 to 2012 and has since been a part of the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out and the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the daughter of comedian and actor Chris Elliott. Elliott was the elder of two children . She was born in New York City. She is the child of Paula Niedert, a talent manager, and Chris Elliott (actor/comedian). Her grandfather was Bob Elliott (radio comedian). She is the younger sister of the actress Bridey Elliott. Both of them were born in Wilton, Connecticut. She attended Immaculate High School Danbury where she performed in musicals as well as school plays. After having graduated from Immaculate High School in 2005, she attended Marymount Manhattan College in New York City but dropped out during the first year of her studies .In the year 2010, Elliott began a relationship with her fellow Saturday Night Live cast member Fred Armisen. The pair broke up in September 2011. Elliott was married to Bill Kennedy, a TV writer, on September 3rd of 2016. The couple has a daughter named Edith Pepper Kennedy. Elliott started his comedy classes at The Groundlings. He then began training to perform in sketch comedy shows with the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles.
